Realty Property Management offers 2 property management programs:

FULL-MANAGEMENT: The information above is an explanation of our full management service. The fee for these services is based upon the number of units managed. 1-5 units, the fee is 9% of the monthly rent collected. 6 or more units please call our office of a quote of the management fee.   

RENT-UP: This service includes advertising, showing of the unit, screening and processing of credit reports, completing all necessary paperwork and collecting first months rent and security deposit. The fee for these services is 50% of a full months rent. Once the tenant moves in , the owner assumes management of the property. Realty Property Management will send the owner the tenants application and original lease along with a statement, security deposit and rent.
